Laser CUTTING
Our facilities offer a variety of services including metal laser cutting and aluminum processing. We have the capability to process all sheet metal and our laser is capable of cutting tubing, I-beam, and angle. With the technology of fiber lasers, we are able to produce precise parts in a faster time frame and with tables 60’ long, we are capable of running multiple plates as a lights-out operation.
Metal Forming
Multiple Press Breaks allow us to form parts into complex shapes with precision. with capabilities to include, Plate Rolling, Structural Rolling, and tub bending.
MIG & TIG
Our AWS-certified welders utilize multiple processes such as MIG, TIG, FCAW. while complying AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code - Steel), AWS D1.2 (Structural Welding Code - Aluminum) AWS D1.6/D1.6M: Structural Welding Code - Stainless Steel. On-Site AWS CWI insures that record are kept in accordance with AWS and the customers specifications. Also compliant with ISO 15607
Plasma Cutting
CNC HD plasma cutting capabilities allow us to cut thicker material to a high specification, in comparison with the older traditional plasma cutting system of the past.
